How each gate is built, inspected and released

Every gate follows the same route through the works: drawing approval, material certification, cutting and forming, welding to a qualified procedure, dimensional inspection, blade movement and seal test, then painting and packing.

Inspection points

Material certificates checked against the drawing before cutting
Weld procedure and welder qualification records retained per order
Frame diagonal and flange drilling checked against the approved GA drawing
Blade travel tested through the full 90° stroke with the actuator fitted
Sealing test on double-blade gates, with the sealing air cavity pressurised
Actuator limit and torque switches set and marked before dispatch

The company operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001 and holds a number of utility model patents covering damper sealing structures and drive arrangements. Certificates are shown below.
